Instinct and Meta's Muse AI assistants have both added a call-making feature, which can be used for booking restaurants and canceling subscriptions.
Noah Shinn, founder of San Francisco AI company Instinct, announced on X that its Instinct Concierge feature has begun rolling out to select users. This feature allows the AI assistant to make phone calls to handle tasks such as booking restaurants that don't accept online reservations, joining a dentist's cancellation list, or resolving cable TV bill issues. Concurrently, Meta's Muse AI assistant has also added the ability to call U.S. businesses, with priority access given to users who have previously requested this feature.
