AI infrastructure company Crusoe announced the completion of a $3.9 billion Series F funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $30.9 billion. The round was co-led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Founders Fund, GIC, NVIDIA, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Radical Ventures, and TPG, among others. Crusoe plans to use the funds to build large data centers and small modular "AI factories" to meet the surging demand for AI computing power. The company's clients include OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle.
