Stablecoin payment company dtcpay has completed a $25 million Series A funding round, with SBI Group participating.
The Singapore-headquartered company stated that the new funds will be used to expand its product suite and merchant network, including upgrading its business portal for enterprise clients and launching new consumer-friendly features for its dtcpay app. SBI Group made a strategic investment through its subsidiaries SBI Ventures Asset Pte Ltd and SBI-NTU-Kyobo Digital Innovation Fund. This funding round was led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, with participation from Genedant Capital and existing investor Kwee Liong Tek.
