CoinShares stated that Bitcoin faces two major near-term headwinds: a more hawkish Federal Reserve and a setback to the CLARITY Act. The firm believes a decisive break above $80,000 is unlikely before year-end without a meaningful improvement in inflation or a significant shift in monetary-policy expectations. It added that Bitcoin is relatively insulated from the regulatory setback, while Ethereum and other altcoins are more exposed. CoinShares also noted that a revised CLARITY Act could return as early as next year.
