British AI neocloud Nscale secures $3.36B in convertible financing ahead of U.S. IPO
The funding, from investors including hedge fund Third Point and Nvidia, will fuel the company's massive AI data center buildout. Nscale, which was spun out of Australian cryptocurrency mining company Arkon Energy two years ago, filed its IPO paperwork last week and is expected to be valued at $35 billion on the NYSE.
