RedotPay Completes Financial Audit, Denies IPO Delay as It Presses Ahead with U.S. Listing Plans
Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company RedotPay announced Monday it has completed a financial audit and a separate review of its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing controls, both conducted by Big Four firms. The company stated these steps are part of its preparations for a U.S. initial public offering, directly disputing an August Bloomberg report that its listing had been put on hold. RedotPay, which had 8.5 million users as of July, is reportedly targeting a valuation of over $5 billion.
