MAS appoints third batch of EQDP fund managers, commits S$20 million to boost equity market-making activities
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced today the appointment of the third batch of five asset management companies under the Equity Market Development Programme (EQDP). MAS also committed S$20 million from the Financial Sector Development Fund (FSDF) to establish a new Grant for Equity Market Making (GEMS) to support market-making activities for Singapore Exchange-listed equities until December 31, 2028.
