U.S. Treasury yields dip early Tuesday, with 10-year note down 1 bp to 5.2278%
U.S. Treasury yields dipped early Tuesday amid persistent concerns over inflationary pressures. The 10-year U.S. Treasury note yield fell about 1 basis point to 5.2278%, while the 30-year Treasury bond yield was also lower by 1 basis point at 5.466%. This follows a rally in yields during the previous session, with the 10-year and 30-year yields jumping 5 basis points on Monday. Traders are now pricing in a more than 72% chance of another Fed rate hike at its next meeting in October.
