According to a Hong Kong government statement, Twin City Holdings Limited failed to properly record transactions related to The Vertex residential project, including failing to disclose details of sales payment terms such as price discounts and other financial incentives. These violations involved transactions for 11 residential properties within the complex, where Twin City failed to enter the required payment details into the project's transaction register within 24 hours of the execution of preliminary agreements. The company faced 11 charges and was fined a total of HK$770,000 (approximately US$98,100).
