According to U.Today, BlackRock's spot Ethereum ETF products have cumulatively purchased over $1.5 billion worth of Ethereum in the past 20 days. The ETHA fund contributed approximately $1.27 billion to this purchase volume, while the ETHB product saw inflows of about $296.5 million during the same period. As of September 17, BlackRock held approximately 3.56 million Ethereum, valued at about $8.69 billion. Ethereum experienced a strong recovery in September but has recently faced resistance in the $2,700 to $2,800 range. Meanwhile, some early investors and large holders have begun profit-taking, including one early investor who sold 2,000 Ethereum, realizing a profit of approximately $6.19 million. According to CryptoRank data, Ethereum's return in Q3 2026 was approximately 72.7%, marking its highest Q3 performance in the dataset.
