The NVIDIA GPU rental market showed divergence: average rental prices for A100 and H100 decreased by 2.8% and 2.6% month-over-month, respectively, while the average rental price for B200 rose by 1.3% month-over-month to $5.70 per GPU hour, reversing the decline seen in August. In the memory market, DRAM spot prices saw a slight month-over-month decline of approximately 1% in September to $49.70 (DDR5 16Gb) after five consecutive months of increases, while NAND prices remained largely flat.
