The UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office stated on Thursday that new sanctions target eight individuals suspected of arbitrary detention, torture, and ill-treatment of Ukrainian civilians, as well as seven individuals involved in the indoctrination and militarization of Ukrainian children. The UK stated it does not seek confrontation with Russia but will support Ukraine until the end of the war.
