Former investors in Argentina's state-owned oil company YPF SA have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a lower court's decision that overturned a $16 billion judgment in their favor. The federal appeals court said in March that the trial judge misinterpreted Argentine law when allowing the case to proceed. The case stems from YPF's 2012 nationalization, which former shareholders claim caused them losses.
