Bitcoin Core has merged a security fix into its main development branch to address a vulnerability in Partially Signed Bitcoin Transactions (PSBTs). The vulnerability, related to SIGHASH_SINGLE requests, could allow transactions to redirect funds to an unapproved recipient without stealing private keys. The fix was merged on September 25, but as of October 4, no confirmed production release includes this security measure.
