According to data from the People's Bank of China (PBOC), China's gold reserves stood at 77.47 million ounces (approximately 2,409.59 tons) at the end of September, an increase of 740,000 ounces (approximately 23.02 tons) from the previous month, surpassing the 650,000 ounces added in August.
