Russia launches "massive attack" on Ukraine, at least two dead in Kyiv
Russia's Ministry of Defense stated that its forces launched "massive strikes" on Kyiv and other Ukrainian regions. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that overnight attacks caused a fire in the densely populated Darnytskyi district, killing at least two people. The Russian Ministry of Defense also claimed that the targets of the strikes included port facilities in the Odesa region and naval vessels used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
