U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said on Wednesday that Iran has failed to seize "multiple" opportunities to reach an agreement on its nuclear program, and negotiations between Washington and Tehran on a lasting peace deal in the Middle East remain deadlocked. Rubio's remarks come as Iran has recently escalated attacks on oil tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz, and oil prices have risen after Houthi attacks on Saudi airports.
