Chinese Online terminates its Hong Kong stock IPO, A-share 2.833 billion yuan private placement plan questioned by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
China Literature announced on October 8 that, after comprehensive consideration of market conditions and its own development plans, it decided to terminate its H-share offering and listing. Previously, on September 30, the company disclosed its plan to raise no more than 2.833 billion yuan for AIGC expansion and other initiatives. However, on October 2, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange immediately issued an inquiry letter, requesting the company to explain the rationality of the financing scale and investment projects, and to clarify why it was simultaneously pursuing an A-share private placement and a Hong Kong IPO. The company's board of directors decided to terminate the H-share listing on October 7.
