Breez reports 14-fold surge in Bitcoin integration requests driven by AI coding agents
Bitcoin software company Breez stated that demand for its developer tools has surged since AI coding agents went mainstream, with partnership inquiries rising roughly 14-fold. The company attributes this directly to Anthropic’s Claude Code, as developers and the AI agents they deploy increasingly seek to add Bitcoin payments to their applications due to its speed and permissionless nature. Requests have come from various apps, including fitness, messaging, eSIM, and mushroom identification services.
