Polish police probe alleged plot to assassinate PM Tusk, defence minister
Polish police have received information about a possible plot to assassinate Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Defence Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz. The Interior Ministry has ordered action to be taken, and security officials held an emergency meeting on Sunday to discuss the situation. Special services spokesperson Jacek Dobrzynski stated that authorities are treating the information as “serious”, following an email threat received by police.
