Shanghai Moos Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced on October 12 the completion of its Pre-A funding round, raising over 1 billion yuan. The round was led by Huakong Fund, with participation from CDB Sci-Tech, Shanghai Sci-Tech Fund, Xuhui Capital, Lingang Ceyuan Fund, and other institutions. Existing shareholders, including Oriza Holdings, Shanghai Sci-Tech Group (under Shanghai Guotou), and Starlink Capital, continued their investment. The funds will primarily be used for the research and development of full-modal real-time interactive intelligence and global commercialization. Moos Intelligent was founded in November 2024, incubated by Shanghai Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology and Fudan University's OpenMOSS team. Its founder and chief scientist is Qiu Xipeng, a distinguished professor at Fudan University.
