Blueprints AI, a Santa Monica-based startup, has developed software that generates code-compliant and permit-ready architectural blueprints from photos, PDFs, or sketches. The company will launch its second-generation software this week at TechCrunch Disrupt, which can create blueprints for all aspects of a building—architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design—from a description or sketch in a single pass.
