BYD's Dynasty Network flagship sedan, the Han EV, has been launched with a starting price of 235,900 yuan, a reduction of 14,000 to 24,000 yuan from its pre-sale price.
BYD's Dynasty Network officially launched its first D-segment flagship sedan, the Han EV, on the evening of October 13. The three models are priced at 235,900 yuan, 249,900 yuan, and 275,900 yuan, respectively, representing a reduction of 14,000 to 24,000 yuan from their pre-sale prices. Positioned in the mainstream competitive segment of over 200,000 yuan, this model aims to enhance BYD's main brand profitability and premium image. The entry-level version boasts a CLTC pure electric range of 1,008 kilometers and comes standard with dual-chamber air suspension and rear-wheel steering across all variants. BYD stated in an investor communication in September that part of its second-quarter net profit growth was attributable to increased overseas business and a higher proportion of premium models, with high-value-added products driving profitability.
