Anduril, a U.S. defense technology startup, has launched an employee stock tender offer, allowing employees to sell shares at $94.80 per share, with a cap of $1.3 billion. The offer opened on October 13 and will close on November 9. Anduril has been a major beneficiary of the U.S. defense technology boom and President Donald Trump's plan to revitalize the American military industrial complex. Its valuation doubled to $61 billion after completing a $5 billion funding round in May this year, and this latest offer further pushes its valuation to $90 billion. The company's co-founder, Palmer Luckey, co-leads "Project Meridian," an initiative aimed at developing military capabilities with Elon Musk, and earlier this month secured a U.S. Navy shipyard contract worth up to $2.9 billion.
