Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed Elkhereiji stated that Houthi missile and drone attacks on civilian, economic, and airport facilities, including Islam's holiest cities Mecca and Medina, constitute "full-fledged war crimes." Elkhereiji added that the kingdom will take "all legitimate measures" to defend its territory and deter aggressors, according to remarks carried by the Foreign Ministry’s X account.
