Bitquery study: Only 18% of small Uniswap v3 positions beat holding after gas
A study by blockchain data firm Bitquery found that for Uniswap v3 positions under $1,000, only 18% outperformed simply holding tokens after deducting gas fees, a significant drop from 51% before fees. The median gas bill for this group was 67 cents, covering the period from October 14, 2025, to October 13, 2026.
