Yemen's government says Houthis fired two missiles at Aden airport
Yemen's internationally recognised government reported that Houthis launched two missiles at Aden International Airport on Friday, landing 500 meters from a preparing aircraft. All passengers and crew were safe. This attack follows a deadly assault on the presidential palace and comes amid renewed heavy fighting. Separately, Yemeni government forces claimed to have advanced in Marib province, neutralising over 430 Houthi fighters in 24 hours, and fended off attacks in Taiz. The Saudi-led coalition also stated it downed missiles and drones over Riyadh and other parts of Saudi Arabia. Iran denied involvement in Houthi operations and reiterated a mediation proposal.
