Dutch police have seized and are now handing over server data from the Italian anti-fascist group Autistici/Inventati to U.S. authorities. This action follows the U.S. designation of Autistici/Inventati as a "global terrorist" organization in August, which claimed the group operates "digital infrastructure for violent Antifa cells." Privacy advocates and legal experts have raised concerns, calling it a "terrifying precedent" and questioning the Dutch authorities' cooperation, which was conducted under a 1981 Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.
