StoneX analyst Mark Palmer reiterated a "buy" rating for Galaxy Digital (GLXY) in a Monday report, maintaining a price target of $57. He believes that despite market concerns over its AI data center tenant CoreWeave's debt issues, which led to a roughly 30% drop in GLXY's stock price over two weeks, the market is underestimating Galaxy's AI data center business and has barely valued its digital assets business. CoreWeave's outstanding debt reached $35.6 billion by the end of June, and rising borrowing costs have sparked market concerns about the single-tenant risk at Galaxy's Helios data center. However, Palmer noted that CoreWeave's contract backlog has grown to $104 billion, GPU rental rates remain strong, and AI computing demand continues to increase, suggesting that the market may be overstating the risks. Galaxy Digital's stock rose 2.5% on Monday, closing at $16.57.
