Meta Q3 Earnings Preview: BofA Expects Revenue to Exceed Expectations at $63.8 Billion, But $10 Billion Settlement Will Drag Down GAAP Profit
BofA Securities analyst Justin Post expects Meta's Q3 revenue to reach $63.8 billion, slightly above the market consensus of $63.3 billion. However, GAAP operating profit is projected to fall to $11.5 billion, significantly below the market's $18.6 billion expectation, due to a one-time $10 billion state attorney general settlement accrual.
