Longhang Tianxia, a Chinese footwear manufacturer, has entered the second round of inquiry in its IPO review process for the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company generated revenue of 5.834 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 4.41%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 258 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.71%. Longhang Tianxia cited data in its prospectus stating that it ranks seventh in the global athletic footwear manufacturing industry and second in domestic revenue. However, the significance of its "second in domestic revenue" claim has been questioned due to other leading companies shifting production capacity overseas. The company is currently accelerating the construction of overseas factories but faces challenges such as labor management.
