Yemen’s internationally recognised government has warned civilians in Houthi-controlled areas against participating in gatherings organised by the group, stating that such gatherings would be considered “legitimate military targets”.
According to Al Jazeera, the Defence Ministry accused the Houthis of using these events, including cultural gatherings, to recruit children and young people for military activities, urging civilians to stay away to avoid putting their lives at risk.
