Yemen's Houthi armed forces spokesman Yahya Sarea stated today (October 22) that the Houthi forces conducted four military operations against Saudi Arabia in the past 48 hours. Targets included the Ministry of Defense building in Riyadh, Dammam and Abha International Airports, and Saudi Aramco facilities in Yanbu. The Saudi Aramco facilities were "precisely hit and caused fires," and Dammam Airport "resulted in flight disruptions."

Affected by this, Brent crude futures rose over 3% in early Thursday trading, reaching $112.25 per barrel, breaking the $112 mark for the first time since the current conflict began. US WTI crude rose 2.79% to $99.86 per barrel.

Meanwhile, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that in the past 24 hours, a total of seven oil tankers were attacked or damaged near the Strait of Hormuz, with four hit and catching fire, and another three striking mines. The United States has ordered the evacuation of some personnel and their families from its embassy in Saudi Arabia, further indicating a significant increase in security risks in the region.
