SpaceX's Q3 revenue reached $14.6 billion, a 161% year-over-year increase, exceeding Wall Street expectations by over $2 billion, and marking its first positive operating profit. Company CFO Bret Johnsen guided Q1 2027 revenue to be between $33 billion and $37 billion, with annualized recurring revenue projected to surpass $100 billion by December this year. Meanwhile, Musk confirmed that the independent special committees of directors for SpaceX and Tesla are discussing a potential merger between the two companies. If the merger materializes, SpaceX would encompass satellite launches, global communications, AI hashrate, energy supply, as well as Tesla's factories, autonomous vehicles, and Optimus humanoid robots.
