According to sources familiar with the matter, as reported by Wall Street Insights, Chinese automotive brand Luxeed (jointly developed by Chery and Huawei) plans to accelerate its overseas market expansion starting from 2027. Export models will not feature Huawei's intelligent driving and cockpit solutions; instead, the company is considering introducing other suppliers or local solutions. The export version of the Luxeed V9 will be named Luxeed LLounge, with priority given to right-hand drive development. It is scheduled to enter Thailand in early 2027, followed by Australia and New Zealand in mid-2027. The Luxeed RX also has overseas expansion plans, with its international name being Luxeed Stormax. Luxeed executives stated that the choice of technology integration is primarily determined by market demand and regulations, in order to maintain solution flexibility and pricing leeway.
