Tradr ETFs announced that two of its leveraged ETFs tracking Hynix American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), one long product and one short product, will be delisted from US clearing around November 12. Both funds were listed on July 28 this year, and their assets have shrunk significantly since listing. Their combined size is currently about $1.3 million, a decrease of over 60% from their peak. Among them, the long product has fallen by over 5% since its listing, and the short product has dropped by as much as 42%.
SK Hynix's Seoul-listed share price has fallen by 56% from its historical high. Market optimism about the AI infrastructure investment boom is giving way to concerns about high financing costs, a trend that is eroding market demand for related leveraged products.
