During a meeting with commanders, he emphasized that "intelligent readiness for a powerful confrontation with the enemy" is one of the requirements for "maximum deterrence," adding that if the enemy launches another military or terrorist attack, the Iranian armed forces and nation will determine the time and conditions for retaliation.
