Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported that Israeli drones flew at low altitudes over parts of the Tyre district in southern Lebanon, including over Jabal Amel Hospital and near the el-Buss area. Concurrently, Israeli artillery shelled the Zebqine Valley, the town of al-Mansouri, and the outskirts of Haddatha. Additionally, Israeli forces raked the town of Khiam with heavy machine gun fire and launched flares over Bani Haiyyan. A picture taken on November 2 showed Israeli excavators demolishing houses in the town of Zawtar ash-Sharqiyah.
