The business alliance Nordic Compass is calling for the establishment of a single, public market across the Nordic region to curb the trend of local companies listing in the U.S. Christian Clausen, head of the alliance's Capital Markets Committee, stated that the move aims to integrate currently fragmented markets, unify regulations, and achieve full integration across trading, clearing, settlement, and custody.
