The Liquid exchange has undergone a series of significant changes, from the merger of Quoinex and Qryptos to become a Japanese tech unicorn, to suffering a hacker attack in 2021, being acquired by FTX in 2022, and then by bitFlyer in 2024. As of August 2026, the Liquid platform is still operational, and the total supply and circulating supply of QASH are both 1 billion tokens, with a market capitalization of approximately 1.8 million USD.
