UAHg stablecoin: Issuance and Circulation Status of the Ukrainian Hryvnia-Pegged Token
UAHg is the first stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH), designed to simplify cryptocurrency use in Ukraine and provide a stable method for fund transfers. Launched in 2023, the token operates on the Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and TRON networks. As a stablecoin, its supply is uncapped and issued based on market demand. However, there are inconsistencies regarding its circulating supply and market cap data; some data platforms show a very low or unavailable market cap, while historical trading volumes remain significant, reflecting discrepancies in market data.
