The National Intellectual Property Agency, the Ministry of Industry and Communications issued observations to further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in the photovoltaic industry. It was suggested that high-quality patent layout be promoted. Enterprises are encouraged to invest more in research and development, to accelerate technological advances such as TOPCON batteries, back contact batteries, heterogeneity batteries, and to strengthen high-value patent layouts. Directing enterprises to front-line technologies such as quarries, stacking batteries, etc., with a forward reserve base patent. Strengthening guidance on the patent layout of enterprises, leading firms to innovate in the areas of reverse agents, key raw materials, equipment, system components, and patent mining and breeding in the upstream and downstream links of photo-storage integration, smart management systems and integrated transport.
