The People's Government of Suzhou has published a number of measures to implement the "Sung Lin Plan" to build a system of support for science and technology enterprises throughout their life cycle. It is proposed to expedite the opening of scene resources throughout the region. Promotion of artificial intelligence applications with up to $10 million in State-supported artificial intelligence scenario demonstration projects. A selection of artificial smart application scenario demonstration projects was selected for up to $2 million on merit. Support was provided for the construction of a number of open innovation centres for the Sioux market landscape, with merit-based support totalling up to $3 million per household over three years. Incentives of up to RMB 1 million are awarded for first-class equipment at the municipal level and above, and RMB 300,000 for first-class software at the provincial level.
