The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the electronic information manufacturing operation from January to November 2025. The data show that between January and November, the value added of the electronic information manufacturing industry above scale increased by 10.4 per cent over the same period, at a rate of 4.4 and 1.2 percentage points higher, respectively, than in industry and high-technology manufacturing during the same period. In November, the value added of the electronic information manufacturing industry above scale increased by 9.2 per cent over the same period. Among the main products, mobile phone production was 1.39 billion units, a 5.5 per cent decrease over the same period, including 1,140 million smart phones, a 0.5 per cent decrease over the same period; 302 million units of microcomputer equipment, a 1.8 per cent decrease over the same period; and 4,31.8 million pieces of integrated circuit production, a 10.6 per cent increase over the same period. From January to November, the cumulative value of the electronic information manufacturing industry over size increased by 0.5 per cent over the same period, down 0.5 percentage points from January to October. In November, the value of the electronic information manufacturing industry above the scale of export delivery declined by 4 per cent over the same period. According to customs statistics, between January and November, we exported 122 million laptop computers, a 6.5 per cent decrease over the same period; 683 million mobile phones were exported, an 8.1 per cent decrease over the same period; and 3,199.9 million integrated circuits were exported, an 18 per cent increase over the same period.
