Country Garden (02007.HK) announced in Hong Kong that, pursuant to an order issued by the High Court on December 30, 2025, the hearing on the petition has been further adjourned to February 16, 2026. In light of the confirmation of the effective date of the restructuring and the implementation of the proposed restructuring, the Company will coordinate with the parties who have filed the petition and proceed to apply for the dismissal of the petition.
