A U.S. court has confirmed that Maduro will appear in court in New York at 12:00 p.m. on the 5th (Eastern Time).
According to a notice posted on the website of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on January 4, Venezuelan President Maduro, who is under U.S. coercive control, is scheduled to appear in court at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the 5th (1:00 a.m. Beijing Time on the 6th). The hearing will be presided over by Judge Alvin Hellerstan.
