Guosheng Securities announced that, with the approval of the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transportation has transferred its 90.00% equity interest in Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. to the Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on a gratuitous basis. As of December 31, 2025, the registration procedures for the gratuitous transfer of the 90.00% equity interest in Jiangxi Transportation Investment Group to the Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission have been completed. Following the completion of this transfer, the company’s controlling shareholder remains Jiangxi Transportation Investment Group, while the actual controller has changed from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transportation to the Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
