Shanxi has issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating Energy Science and Technology Innovation to Support Energy Transition and Development." By 2030, an energy science and technology innovation system with Shanxi characteristics will be further refined, breakthroughs will be achieved in the R&D of key technologies, core equipment, and critical components in key energy sectors; more than 100 landmark scientific and technological achievements will be produced; the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements will become more efficient; the value of technology transactions will exceed 50 billion yuan; R&D institutions will be established in all eligible energy enterprises; the leading role of enterprises in innovation will be further highlighted; and significant results will be achieved in the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation.
