Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Baghaei issued a statement on the 7th condemning the Israeli foreign minister’s illegal entry into the Somaliland region, stating that Israel’s actions constituted a flagrant violation of Somalia’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Baghaei stated that the international community has consistently emphasized the need to respect the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia, a member state of the United Nations and an independent nation.
