Officials in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have called the Department of Homeland Security’s account of the incident—in which a woman was killed by immigration enforcement officers acting in self-defense—“nonsense.” The woman appeared to be inside a vehicle blocking the road at the time, and there is no information indicating she was a target of law enforcement. It does not appear that the woman attempted to ram anyone with her vehicle.
